These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and any services, products, or information provided through the Site, including our cybersecurity awareness training and simulated phishing tests (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, whether you are a visitor, a Partner, a Client, or a Learner (collectively, "Users"). If you are a Partner or Client, you are also responsible for ensuring that your employees, agents, and end-users (e.g., Learners) comply with these Terms.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. Additional usage rules are outlined in Section 2 (Acceptable Use).

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner, protecting the integrity, security, and availability of the Services for all Users. You agree not to engage in, or permit others to engage in, the following prohibited activities:

Unlawful Use: Using the Services for any unlawful, illegal, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.

Infringing Use: Using the Services in a manner that infringes, misappropriates, or violates our intellectual property rights or those of any third party, including but not limited to:

Interfering with or disrupting the integrity, security, or performance of the Services, including attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, user accounts, or systems.

Defamatory or Fraudulent Use: Using the Services to engage in defamatory, fraudulent, or deceptive activities, including impersonating others, misrepresenting your identity, or engaging in fraudulent schemes.

Harassment or Abuse: Using the Services to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm others, including sending offensive, abusive, or inappropriate content.

Excessive Use: Using the Services in a manner that places an excessive burden on our infrastructure, such as through excessive automated requests, denial-of-service attacks, or other abusive practices.

Misuse of Simulated Phishing Tests: Using our simulated phishing tests for any purpose other than authorized cybersecurity training, such as conducting actual phishing attacks or harming others.

Other Prohibited Actions: Any other use of the Services that we deem, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, harmful, or contrary to the intended purpose of the Services.

3. User Submissions

By submitting content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual right to use your submissions in any media.

Subscriptions automatically renew under the terms of your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@prventi.com.

9.3 Cancellation and Refund
